Conference Location & Hotel Accommodations

The Minnesota Academy of Otolaryngology is excited to invite you to attend the MAO Annual Winter Conference – Minnesota RhinoFest!  This will be held Saturday, January 29, 2022 at the brand-new Omni Viking Lakes Hotel in Eagan, Minnesota. 

  • We have a new meeting venue!  The brand-new Omni Vikings Lakes Hotel opened in 2020 and is an incredible venue to host our meeting.  It offers free surface lot parking and an incredible Nordic atmosphere.  If you’ve not been to the hotel, you will not want to miss this opportunity! 
  • Rooms are available at a group rate of $149 for single/double rooms for Friday and Saturday nights, January 28th and 29th. Registrants are responsible for making their own hotel arrangements. To make a reservation, please call 1-800-THE-OMNI and identify yourself as an MAO meeting participant to access the group rate.
  • Self-parking rate is complimentary in the surface lot outside the building, and the current valet rates are as follows: 0-4 hours $8.00; 4-8 hours $12.00; overnight valet rate is $25.00.
