The Minnesota Academy of Otolaryngology is excited to invite you to exhibit at the 2024 Annual Meeting!  The meeting will be held Saturday, January 20, 2024 at the Hyatt Regency Bloomington-Mall of America in Bloomington, Minnesota.

• Recognized on website and email invitation blasts
• Up to 4 complimentary company representative registrations (only valid for exhibitors and not physicians or other providers).
• Extra registration passes can be purchased at $400 per exhibitor

• Up to 2 complimentary company representative registrations (only valid for exhibitors and not physicians or other providers)

Ancillary Event – LIMITED SPACE OFFER- $3,000

• Create your own dinner or short program in conjunction with the MAO Annual Meeting!
• Ancillary event would be required to occur after the close of the MAO Annual Meeting.
• MAO would send out your promotional invitations to prospective audience due to data privacy concerns; Company would be responsible for registration and all costs associated with the program at the hotel or offsite.  Once confirmed, MAO will connect you to the appropriate hotel person to make the plans necessary for your event.
• Includes all aspects of the Platinum Exhibitor (see above)
